Hey JetteCongrats on your new page - it looks fantastic! You are such a talented artist and I love looking at your work! Well done.Aroha nuiLinda
Thanks Linda, really appreciate your comment !and specila being the first one !!....id be interested in hearing specifics too....like feelings/thoughts evoked if any....this is part of my course-work too this year, to connect with the wider community so this is one way im doing that, as well as planning to hang the buddha series somewhere, maybe in a meditation centre or something along those lines, just to share my work...jette xx
Hi, Jette.Since the language of your homepage is english, I'd better write in a way, anyone can understand, although my english is a bit rusty. I really like this page. It' so much more fun to read than the old one.I noticed a funny thing, while I looked at your work... While your paintings makes me feel peaceful, and in a dream-like state, your drawings are full of life and reality. They make me want to BE A PART OF LIFE, where the paintings makes me want to sit back and relax, and just ENJOY LIFE AROUND ME.Does that sound strange to you??? I don't know if you intended it to be that way or not, it's just the way it makes me feel.Keep up the good work. I really enjoy watching it.Your danish school-friendMaybrith
hi Maybrith, many thanks for your comment, that was so valuable.....i love hearing how people individually experince my work.....And it doesnt sound strange to me at all, your experience is your experience !!.... in fact i think it's rather interesting! How is your painting going, have you had the brushes out resently ?knusjette
I enjoy your paintings with the viking ship. They have a surreal feeling about them of floating - like going through time. I especially like the one with the ship coming straight towards you like it has come out of the space in the background that is lighter than the rest of the painting and coming to get you as it continues it's journey. Your drawings are another part of your work I enjoy looking at. I find it amazing how someone can create so much texture and depth with a simple lead pencil. The last picture you have of the couple kissing, you can almost feel the heat of their embrace.I look forward to seeing the completed buddha series. Thanks for sharing your journeyDankeLinda
I love it! I love it! I love it! You go girl. Well Done.
OMG darlin, I don't need to ask what you have been doing I can see, you are doing what you should be doing and it is so naturally a part of you. Love it! Such beautiful work from the heart.
